Terms of Service
Last updated October 22, 2026
These terms cover this website and the Always-First System. “Veltria”, “I” and “me” mean Veltria, operated by Mihir Shinde. “You” means you or the business you represent. Questions: mihir@veltriaai.com.
The free 7-day trial
- I build an assistant on your listings and, with your OK, put it on your website for 7 days, free. No card needed.
- You review what it says before it goes live. During the trial, leads reach you by email.
- At the end, you decide. If you don’t continue, I switch it off and you owe nothing.
- I may limit usage during the trial if traffic is unusually high.
The paid service
- Fees are a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee. I quote both in writing before you pay anything.
- The setup fee is due when you say yes after your trial, before I connect your systems and launch. It isn’t refundable once that work starts.
- The monthly fee is billed in advance each month. It covers the AI usage, hosting, listing updates, fixes and weekly report described in your quote.
- If an invoice goes unpaid, I may pause the assistant until it’s paid.
Term and ending
- The monthly plan has a 3-month minimum. After that, it continues month to month until either of us ends it with 30 days’ written notice. Email is fine.
- I may end the service with 30 days’ notice, or right away if it’s being misused or invoices go unpaid.
- When the service ends, I switch the assistant off. Your leads stay in your Google Sheet or CRM.
Your part
- Give me accurate listings and information, and tell me when they change.
- Review and approve the assistant’s scripts before launch, and after any change you ask for.
- Make sure you have the right to use the content you give me, such as photos, descriptions and logos.
- Follow the laws that apply to your business when you follow up with leads, including fair housing, licensing, and calling and texting rules such as the TCPA.
What the assistant does and doesn’t do
- It answers from your listings and the rules you approve. Like any AI, it can make mistakes, so it’s set up to pass anything it doesn’t know to your team.
- Payment and price figures it shares are estimates, not offers, and not financial, legal or tax advice.
- I can’t promise a number of leads, showings or sales.
- Text alerts depend on US carriers approving business texting, which can take time. Email alerts work from day one.
Your data and leads
- Your leads and content are yours. I use them only to run your assistant.
- If the service ends, I delete my copies within 30 days of your request, except what I have to keep by law, such as invoices.
- The Privacy Policy explains how I handle personal information.
Services I rely on
The assistant runs on third-party AI, hosting and messaging providers. I choose reputable ones and fix problems on my side quickly, but I’m not responsible for their outages.
Liability
As far as the law allows, the service is provided as is, and my total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid me in the 3 months before it. Neither of us is liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits.
Changes and disagreements
I may update these terms. If a change affects your plan, I’ll email you before it takes effect. If something goes wrong, email me first and we’ll work it out in good faith.
