Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Veltria collects, why, and what I do with it. Veltria is operated by Mihir Shinde. Questions: mihir@veltriaai.com.

What this website collects

• What you send me. If you fill in the demo form, I get your name, email, brokerage or team name and website, plus anything else you choose to add: a listings link, your phone number or a note.
• Calls you book. If you book a call, Calendly collects the details you enter there, under its own privacy policy.
• Visit stats. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t build a profile of you.
• Personal links. If I sent you a link with your business name in it, the site sends me a short note when you open it, saying which page you’re on. Nothing else about you is collected this way.

How I use it

To reply to you, build your free demo and talk with you about the service, and to run and improve this website. I don’t sell your information. I share it only with the services that run this site and my email: Netlify (hosting and forms), Cloudflare (visit stats), Calendly (bookings) and Google (email).

Calls and texts

If you give me your phone number, I may call or text you about your demo. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

The assistants I build for clients

When a real estate business uses a Veltria assistant, the conversations and leads it captures belong to that business. I handle them only to run the assistant for them: replying to their customers, sending leads to their team, and saving them to their Google Sheet or CRM.

• Messages are processed by the AI and hosting providers that power the assistant, only to write replies and deliver leads.
• Leads are never sold, and never used to market anything else.
• No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
• If you chatted with a business’s assistant and want your details changed or deleted, contact that business. I’ll help them do it.

How long I keep it

I keep form details for as long as we’re talking or working together, and delete them when you ask. To see, correct or delete what I hold about you, email mihir@veltriaai.com.

Security

I use reputable providers and limit access to what’s needed to run the service. No way of sending or storing data is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect yours.

Children

This site and service are for businesses, not for anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
